We provide all our customers with tailor-made solutions to their promotion needs. After consultation with our customers, we supply an individual marketing plan including precise costs and time schedules. We will advise whether to take out a rental package for short-term and flexible promotions, or a purchase option for more permanent promotions. Most of Videotronic's business is done on rental, as the majority of our customers like the flexibility, ease and low cost.
All promotional campaigns are fully project-managed, enabling our customers to run professional promotion campaigns with the minimum of worry. Videotronic arranges distribution of units to your desired locations and collection at the completion of the promotion. Although the failure rate of our units is only 0.7%, should there be a problem, the store simply calls us and we dispatch an overnight replacement. Because stores deal with us directly, we save you having to deal with unnecessary calls and problems.
With most orders, our clients send us the locations where the units are to be installed and the date that the promotion is to start. Most often the videotape copies are sent to us, so we can include them with the Video Presenter. (Please note that the videotapes require professional formatting to play on a continuous loop, and it is recommended that the film time does not exceed three minutes in length). Videotronic can arrange for the mastertape of a client’s promotion to be formatted and VHS copies produced.
All our units go through a pre-delivery inspection and are then sent via overnight carrier and arrive in locations clearly marked with your company and the promotion name. The store then simply plugs the unit in and because they are ‘plug and play’ the Video Presenter does the rest. We can put you in touch with merchandisers who can then locate your unit and set up your package in-store.
